Uber eats does not want to refund me. Even though the driver took my food back

I ordered food yesterday and paid 135 for it. The driver came to my house and says he waited 10 mins but I did not get contacted from him. He then took my food back to the resturant and now uber does not want to give my money back. I asked them to investigate cause they will even see that I have placed the same order again to the same address just an hour after I saw the driver took my first order back...... Call the dam resturant.... I want my money.
