UBER EATS DID NOT DELIVER MY FOOD

I ordered food from Nando's via the Uber eats app and never received my food. When I check on the app it says they dropped it off but I didn't get it. I tried calling multiple times but nothing. I want my money back and need your help because I use this app a lot and this has never happened to me. I'm very upset about this service right now!!
