Uber Eats dibted my account R530.69 x 6 for an order that was never processed

I placed an order on my website ,the order was giving problems with processing but money went off my accounts 6 times and the order still in my cart -R530.69 x 6 went off my account .Now Uber Eats needs and order number to assist me .
