Uber Eats, card compromised, is it an inside job?

This is regarding Uber Eats and my card being compromised, hence "hacked"! The 19/10/2018, my card was debited long after I uninstalled the Uber Eats ap, so this was obvious that my card was hacked. In my opinion, only anyone who is an IT genius "inside Uber" or perhaps even some other cyber genius could have pulled this off, not a traveller as they seem to indicate. Here's Uber's response which makes zero sense since the app was not in my phone during the transaction. [[It appears that you have shared your payment method with another Uber user named Jeison for trips taken in Bucaramanga.]] That is in Colombia and I live in South Africa. They don't give any details on this "Jeison" person, surname, etc, make it sound like I know him/her, and pretend it is easy to share a ride. How on earth do you share a ride and share your card with someone, unless you actually share the card and 3 digit CVV info? The fact that the card was used only to purchase food within Uber Eat's ap shows that it is an inside job, it is impossible to retrieve the CVV 3 digit card code since they are not visible, also the card number in the app is coded [**** with the last 4 digit]. If someone wanted to share that card info or stole it, they would have shopped somewhere else, not re-use the very same app my card was linked to?
