Uber eats ****

Uber/Uber eats has really left a bitter taste in my mouth and l really wonder how many people they do this to. They deducted money from my account when l ordered food and the restaurant declined the order but they haven't reimbursed me. Last month they did it again with a ride l requested money deducted but then all drivers busy and still they didn't reimburse me. Am very certain that a lot of people are having this proplem
