Uber e-hailing

Be very careful when you ride with Uber!!! I ordered Uber “black”, my cellphone fell in the car, the same night I called my phone and the driver answered it and advised that I should call again tomorrow morning and he’ll arrange for us to meet, the next morning I called; my phone was on voice mail.

I spoke with Uber and they advised that their drivers are “independent “ contractors, and therefore can’t prove that the driver had my phone as they called him and he said he didn’t see my iPhone, meanwhile he answered it.

I mean I order a “premium” service, I’m very, very disappointed with Uber. People must be extra cautious and triple check their belongings before leaving the car… :(
