Uber drivers unreliable

My husband rode with Uber on the 3 June when he got out the driver rode away with his bag at the back seat. Tried multiple times to contact Uber assist as on app u can’t get drivers number. Still received no feed back. ************* drivers seem to be riding for this app. Drivers name was Keanu riding a Datsun go
