UBER DRIVERS UNDERPAID AND OVER WORKED - yet no uber slots for them

Hi to all

I am writing this review in hope that the correct person views it and tuelly does something about it.

I am an active UBER driver with 6 months driving experience.i am 34 years old,i live in johannesburg and i have 3 kids.

I LOVE UBER AND I LOVE UBERING BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO MAKE MONEY!!!

I am very disgusted with the way UBER is run in South Africa.

Drivers are been USED and VIOLATED!!

UBER SLOTS ARE BEEN *******ED!!

There are people who have over 5- 6 cars on 1 slot,sitting at home and doing nothing meanwhile there are many drivers like myself that are working our pedals to the bone and we dont even have 1 uber slot!!! YET WE ARE DOING THE MOST WORK and being UNDERPAID and over worked!!

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON WITH UBER SA??????

Us as drivers really cannot get ahead driving for Uber.Our promotions and incentives have been taken away from us.

Uber has recently increased their fees by a louzy 0.50cent per kilometer.and in return our promotions and incentives have been taken away.petrol has recently come down aswell.but what does this mean for UBER drivers??

Its simple - petrol comes down and then our car rental goes up - so how do we benefit at all??

For example.i have logged on today for 3 and a half hours and i only made R168.of that R168,i had to throw R100 in for petrol.i have completed 7 trips and i only made a R68 profit for a whole 3 and a half hours!i have screen shots and pics to prove it.This is really and truelly unfair on us as drivers.we are the back bone of this company and yet we get treated like we nothing.HOW CAN I LIVE OFF A R68 for 3 and a half hours??!! BUT MY CAR RENTAL IS R3000 PER WEEK

Drivers have no choice but to accept any high amout of rental car rentals cause we are desperate for jobs.

i put my life in danger every single day.i have almost been ****** and hurt on 3 occasions by Metred taxi drivers and gangsters etc etc in various areas.and yet,i always speak highly of UBER and always look after my ratings in hopes that i can get my own UBER SLOT!!! But we all knw that,thats impossible

i am really tired now.pls assist...pls someone listen to us for a change and do something about it.WHY DO WE HAVE TO HAVE EMPLOYMENT STRIKES FIRST IN ORDER TO GET HELP IN THIS COUNTRY??

put yourself in our shoes and see and feel what we as drivers are going thru.to driver in the raging sun for 12 hours a day is not a joke!!! WE CANNOT EVEN FALL ILL COZ WE DONT HAVE SICK LEAVE.IF WE FALL ILL,WE LOOSE OUR CARS/JOBS COZ WE CANNOT MAKE OUR CAR RENTAL IF WE ARE NOT AT WOR****

DRIVERS SHOULD BE GETTING UBER SLOTS instead of people that are working already in their own jobs and making Uber car rental money as a side income on their Uber slots.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE....CAN SOMEBODY OR ANYBODY PLEASE GIVE ME AN UBER SLOT SO THAT I CAN PROVIDE FOR MY FAMILY!!???

PLEASE HELP AS I CANNOT GO ON LIKE THIS FOR ANY LONGER!!!???
