Uber driver's stinking attitude

I have never received such service in my whole life. Requested for an Uber from Sunnyside to Pretoria CBD, 1. the driver was scared to come fetch me so understandably he picked another place so we had to walk all the way, as we were about to get to the place he calls and shouts at me asking were I am when I told him I was on my way and I'm carrying groceries he hung up on me and told me to cancel the request and get another Uber sies I'm so disappointed nxa.
