Uber drivers *****ing change and no support from Uber

I did a trip on Uber for R26, the driver did not have change, i paid him R100 and asked him to load my change in the app. He did not load my change and took off. I complained to UBER and they offer no support. they can see I use Uber daily. will try the other apps , cos no support from Uber and their drivers is not trustworthy
