Uber drivers *****ing change

So I constantly have the issue where the drivers don't have change. So I then ask them to credit my account due to them not having change. More then once this has not happened and I've had to reach out to uber.

Now this morning I was told its my problem and they will not assist in any matter. I must have the correct fee every trip. ? I think this is absolutely disgusting treating your clients like this. I use uber on average of 4 to 5 times daily and now I get this sort of response because drivers don't do as they are suppose too.
