uber drivers steaking change

So ive left a review before. been back and forth with uber, yet they still have the cheeck to tell me its my problem. i oayed with a R100 note, the driver did not have change. Asked if he can credit me, i said its fine and it was a R24 trip, he left and ive never seen the credit or change since.
