Uber drivers *****s your money

An uber driver charged me R190 for a trip which I didn’t take or book. This has happened in the past as well and they didn’t even respond to my complaints. They responded to my last complaint by saying “it looks like” I took the ride and they’re done with their investigation and will not refund my money. This is theft. I removed my card details from my uber account but they still deducted the money. The driver is TSHEPO MOSEHANA
