Uber drivers robbing customers

Hi On 02 July 2018 I requested a Uber from Steel Dale to lenasia. I choose the cash option and when arrived at my destination I paid the driver, Elmond, cash R329. 00. But I charged the same amount of R329 on my cheque account. I tried getting in touch with Uber call center but no respond. I feel these Uber drivers take advantage or rob customers. Uber doesn't respond to any of the requests I sent to them.
