UBER DRIVERS OVERCHARGING THE FARE - THEFT

Uber drivers keep overcharging the fare on purpose, when they drop you off they DO NOT END THE TRIP ON THE APP, this happened once and i logged multiple complaints on the Uber app and nothing has happened till this day, and this was in May this year, I also wrote them an email and there has not been any response, unfortunately this has recently happened AGAIN!!

I remain a highly disappointed client, i know Uber to be a very reliable brand.

I need urgent feedback on this matter and the necessary reversals done to get back all the additional cash the Uber drivers stole from my account.
