Uber drivers not ending trips

Today I used uber twice, I was in a hurry and didn't see my drivers end my trips. When I later checked my receipts I noticed that my first driver drove an extra 5Km before ending my trip. And the second driver drove an extra 8Km before ending my trip. I submitted my issue with uber but received no response.
