Uber Drivers Never Have Change

<p>Whenever you take a Uber its quick and convenient, we all know this and appreaciate it.</p> <p>However, since Uber has given us the option to pay in cash, this has taken a turn for the worse.</p> <p>The drivers never have any change on them. I asked why he didnt have a float and he blankly said "I just dont" Our trip ended up in us having to go to a ATM and try and break change so that we could pay our driver. The sencond time this happened I had to go into a restaurant and ask for change from one of the waiters so I could pay my driver. This is unacceptable service. Dont offer the option to pay in cash if they driver isnt able to give change and do so with good work ethic and a good attiture. Very dissapointed as this is happening all the time. Lastly, we have 2 minutes to cancel our trip or if the driver cant find us we still pay the cancelation fee...not cool Uber, not cool! :(</p>
