Uber Drivers ****mers

I recently used Uber and my ride was a cash payment I paid the driver on my arrival to my destination to my surprise now I have a pending payment on my app that says its outstanding ,I have tried to reach out to the Uber help line its been two weeks now and no one has even bothered to respond. Uber there a ****mers this is the second time this has happened and the first time I ended up paying but this time they would need to fix this.
