Uber drivers *****ing customers money

Again Uber Cape Town deducted money from my account yet I live in Durban. I have reported the *****ulent transaction but this has now happened twice.

How can this company continue allowing drivers to ***** from customers and not to anything? I have yet to get a response from them for the first transaction.

What is the purpose of a hello Peter platform if they cannot assist people with these *****ulent issues? If companies don't respond then that's it, nothing happens. Case closed.

This is daylight ******* and not even the company is bothered with these complaints. They seem to be OK with their drivers robbing people. Now I understand when people say that this country is *******.
