Uber drivers in Johannesburg are becoming increasingly unprofessional

I am becoming increasingly infuriated with the driver Uber is hiring. They have TERRIBLE attitudes. They are never at the correct location when picking me up, make big me wait and call standing in the street! I am a young woman in SOUTH AFRICA! It isn’t safe!! For the third time today my driver spread up when approaching my drop off destination and deliberately tried to pass iT TWICE IN ONE TRIP! Resulting in me having to pay more. Uber drivers won’t accept my Uber go requests for short trips, making me pay almost double the amount just to go 1 km down the road!!

I accidentally left belongings in an Uber yesterday and he is demanding I pay R900 for him to return it! I am opening a case today! But I am absolutely sick yo death of Uber just hiring anyone off the streets to do these rides! They are ******** minded and don’t understand they they are providing US with a service.

UBER RAISE YOUR STANDARDS!!!
