Uber drivers in Cape Town don't use air con?

I have just returned from a holiday in Cape Town. I am rather disappointed that being February, the hottest month of the year, that of the four different Uber drivers that drove me around Cape Town, not one of them used air con in their vehicles. Nor did the Uber drivers help me with my suitcases when loading them in the boot, or taking them out the boot, on my trips to and from the airport. I don't get bad service like this from Uber Durban, so what's happening to Uber Cape Town??
