Uber drivers committing *****

After using Uber on the 30/07/2023,my SIM card and Uber account got hacked.Multiple *****ulent online transactions were made via Uber-Eats amounting to almost R7000,these transactions were made without my permission or verification.I have never given anyone my access pin.Uber also has not responded to my claim.
