Uber drivers cheating riders under uber’s nose

Driver drove in the opposite direction and got further and further away from us and when I canceled for this obvious cheat , I was charged, your drivers seem to have issues accepting requests that are below R30 , why put the option there, I have a baby and move around my area a lot, why isn’t Uber doing anything about their drivers and these cheating loopholes they have, you shouldn’t allow a driver to see a request whilst on another request, they cheat the riders with this by some how fooling you( UBER) , I just want my money back , this is too much and too much effort from my side quite frankly
