Uber drivers charging more for trips

I have been a regular customer of Uber but I am done now. Won't use them again. One can't talk to any one from customer service to complain. The Uber drivers are getting out of hand with their extra charges. It's not my fault if a driver gets lost when fetching me, or there are road works that delay us. I took my mom to the doctor the other day and she had a professional caregiver with her. We ordered Uber x for comfort and was charged extra than quoted for some reason or another. A different driver cancelled the trip and still charged me for the trip. I don't like it when others have control over my bank account doing whatever they feel like doing. I am very disappointed
