Uber drivers asking for destination before pick up

I requested uber and the driver of DR08NCGP Toyota corrolla his name is Nkosinathi to pick up in Berea , Johannesburg, South Africa. After waiting for 5 min I realized that the car is still on the same location so on attempting to ask him why he is not coming to pick me up I realised that he had sent me a message asking me where am i going meaning he cannot come pick me up if he doesn’t know where i am going. Is this the right way of operating? After i had specified my destination on your app so its not my fault that your cannot see my destination before starting a trip. To make it worse after telling this guy that its not safe where i am because i am waiting outside he then cancelled the trip and your app had to find me another driver who didn’t waste time and came to pick me up without even asking where I’m going, driver of HB99SGGP his name is Romeo. I think you need to cancell this policy of asking clients where they are going before pick because it wastes time and its very unprofessional, so if you are going a short distance you’re not supposed to use uber??
