Uber drivers are trash

3 days apart Uber drivers thought they could rob me. The 1 issue was resolved where I paid cash and by card by mistake obviously . The funds were refunded. The other trip that was cash their ***** of a driver said I didn't pay for my trip and now Uber wants me to pay again. I've been using their service this long and they've never had issues with me yet they don't want to assist or accept that I paid for my trip. Why would I pay again for a trip I already paid for. This is ridiculous, I'm so disappointed in their service.
