UBER DRIVERS ARE *******- STAY AWAY FROM UBER

STAY Away from UBER !!!! Driver called Ernest, (Zimbabwe) driving a white Toyota Etios, is a *****. On Sunday 16 Dec, 2018, we booked an UBER to transport a friend and fellow musician from Ottery in Cape Town to Plumstead. He dropped off the client and promptly drove off without giving the client's R7 000 Roland Juno keyboard. UBER has been uncontactable and provides NO assistance. There is also no way to contact UBER customer service. We have been trying to contact UBER for days. There is in fact no Customer Service. STAY AWAY from UBER!!! Be warned.
