Uber Drivers are *****s

My daughter took an Uber from the West Rand to Sandton on 20 March 2019 and forgot her phone in the uber car. We called Uber to request the driver's number which they provided us with. We called the driver immediately and asked that we call back after an hour. An hour later he had blocked our calls. An Uber driver stole from us and we want to know what actions to take or what Uber can do about it. All I want is my daughter's phone.
