Uber drivers are so unprofessional and they behave sucks!!

Uber drivers are so unprofessional , a friend of my used my account to request a from 15038 Mahlabed st diepkloof zone 3 to 13 Virginia place kibler park and the driver kept asking for her to kiss her and made her feel uncomfortable so the driver decided to make an unplanned stop at the park and decided to lock the doors so she wouldn't get out after the driver tried forcing himself on her asking for her numbers so when my friend decided to jump to the backseat the driver also did the same trying to take off her shirt but then decided to stop when my friends mom called asking her about her whereabouts

So when my friend rated and complained about this incident at the Uber app but they told her they'd get back to her shortly but they haven't even now
