Uber drivers are robbing their customers

Uber drivers are deliberately deviating from the route quoted without me asking them to do so and hence the trip fare is increased. Every single trip so far that I have used uber, this has happened. Uber drivers are accepting the trip only to get you in the car so they can alter the route to charge you more. This is daylight *******. I have also had the experience where there driver accepts the trip then comes to collect me but askes me for the fare in cash so he can fill petrol to take me to my destination. He has no fuel in his vehicle. How pathetic is that!! Your service in this country is pathetic. You have no control over your drivers.
