Uber drivers are ill-mannered

I have had the most concerning and appalling customer experience with Uber and UberEats. I used to be a huge client and all of this changed to through the following bad behavior and treatment from an Uber driver. The driver was a female that decided to park the vehicle in the middle of the road and far from my pick up point. I did sent her a code with the unit and block number. I went into the car and she drove off, I asked the driver to change the music. She changed the music with an attitude and still decided to play her own music. The trip was hostile and uncomfortable as she attended her phone while driving putting the client at risk. There was hush braking and it was bumpy as she went over the humps. The driver was hitting the horn so load that it gave an impression of a road rage. When she dropped me off I asked her if she had change and she said "No". I went out to get change and she decided not to end the trip, when I gave her the money she had kept the meter running to gain more cash. I told her that I will not pay the extra charge and she drove off, she almost drove over my foot.
