Uber drivers are ******* beware

Its the 3rd time a family member to experience this with an uber driver, my sister accidentally dropped her phone in an uber today and not even 2 minutes after the driver drove off we used the uber app to try and get in touch with him and he was not responding, there were numerous attempts to get in touch with him through the useless uber app channels and we even phoned her phone almost 20 times (it was ringing), all of a sudden it is now off...the driver of this car's name is Solomon and he drives a Suzuki Dzire (KT86DYGP), will probably stop using uber as its become a normal thing for their drivers to ***** items and say they cannot find items and dont get me started on how difficult it is to get customer care.
