UBER DRIVERS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT ARE *******

My husband Ubers to work daily, today he gets out of the car, literally 1 minute later he realised that he forgot his R1500 tommy hilfiger peak cap on the back seat - he calls the driver immediately but he does not pick up keep in mind this is 1 minute literally after he got out of the car. Contact customer support and they advised that they tried to get a hold of the driver but the driver is not getting back to them?! They are all in it together bunch of *******! My friend had a package worth 3k literally ****** via uber package and she was given the same 💩 response! I am reporting uber as we speak this is becoming ridiculous now
