Uber drivers always asleep and lie about their location

This is the second time that I have tried in vane to book a trip to the gautrain and had to cancel at least 5 drivers all of whom were sleeping and not in the location their system said they were. Uber drivers lie about their location to catch rides but end up making customers late for important business travel. Uber sucks
