Uber drivers

The uber company and their drivers are *****ing money from clients. I booked a ride for a friend he paid the fare of R52 cash and the driver still took the money in my uber wallet. Drivers name is Mncedisi Charlton. I have sent a message and they rep**** nothing van be done. This is total *******, your driver is a their and a dishonest person. This kind of behaviour reflects on the company as a hole.
