Uber drivers *****!

On Friday the 30th of June 2023 I requested an Uber trip with a stop of which was accepted by (Makhula Brassel - Red car number plate: KW13YVGP) once we had arrived to my stop, I had exited the car and Makhula Brassel proceeded to drive away with my belongings still inside of the car - inside the car I had a backpack with my laptop, music equipment, keys and money.

Once I had tried to call the driver he immediately hung up on me and refused to answer any further calls from me by not picking up the phone.

I then proceeded to contact Uber and write reports, I was the told by an Uber representative that I need to wait 24hrs for their investigation, it's Monday today...

SAPS have quite outwardly let it be known that I need to wait for Ubers investigation before they are able to do anything in regards to the matter.

I'm completely devasted! 3 years of personal work and music gone all because I truster Uber and their security messures.
