UBER Drivers

Unfortunately, without downloading the app, not much can be done about contacting "Uber SA" regarding the discipline of the drivers. We live in a block of apartments near Eastgate Shopping Mall. This was quite ideal not to mention convenient in the beginning as many people here use the service. Before long, we had up to 9 vehicles park on the side of the road awaiting a call. Some of these guys hang around for almost 3/4 hours. All was fine until we started seeing these guys using the sidewalks as toilets, abusing water while washing their cars and the loud music has become somewhat intolerable. We have repeatedly requested that they stop this nonsense but to no avail. Now due to the fact that metered taxis give the Uber drivers grief, I don't mind them hanging out here however if this is how they are going to behave then we don't want them around.

Is there someway of UBER sorting this out or at least coming back to me with an idea?
