UBER DRIVER: UNRELIABLE AND ****.BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to get the Uber Driver ti bring back my gate remote over a month now with no success.The driver confirned that the remote was found and he will bring it back.Its A month now and his phone constantly is on Voice Mail.I guess the next step is to open a case of Theft.We cant be considerate abt such a sensative item for over a month .Lee
