UBER DRIVER UNPROFESSIONAL

I WISH I COULD RATE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS! A big fat 0. Today, Wednesday 9 July 2021.An uber driver named ROGER, Drives a Kia Rio- CY 264844 made me wait for an uber for 30 MINUTES!!!,(pictures are attached) I requested my uber around 17:15pm. This man then goes to park in a crescent and then blames it on traffic?(bare in mind he is 10 min away still...). After almost 30 minutes he then cancels the ride(and he is still 10 min away) IM UPSET! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST, SECOND, OR THIRD TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPEND TO ME, I DEMAND THAT UBER TAKE ACTION AND TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR THEIR DRIVERS. WE CANNOT AS COMSUMERS ACCEPT THIS KIND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, WE HAVE RIGHTS AND THE ARE TO BE RESPECTED NOT SQUANDERED!
