Uber driver trip *****

I sent a package using the Uber app. The driver delivered the package and proceeded to drive for 30kms after delivery. He then decided to end the trip.Instead of being charged R460, I ended up paying R788. The trip clearly shows the driver delivered and drove back to Johannesburg and ends the trip along the N12 freeway. The Uber support chat isn't assisting with this matter. I just get an automated response saying my trip isn't eligible for adjustments.
