uber driver took my phone

hello Peter, I am very dissapointed with the uber driver that drove me on Monday the 10th of june.after i had forgetten my cell phone in his car. i took an u ber from the location to central in Port Elizabeth, my friend paid with a 200 note and the driver said he does not have change, i there fore took out a 100 note and the driver said he still does not have change. our trip was about 67 rands and he said he will get change. when we giot to our destination the uber driver Anele took my money and bought a bottle of beer and still he had no change for us. he then left i have tried to cal him to get my phone i even went to the Uber offices in Moffet on main in walmer where he confirmed that my PSmart phone was with him i had left it in his car but when i called him he said i must give him money in order to get my phone. i told the ber driver that i dont have money then he said there is nothing he can do . he will not go to the uber ofice to drop my phone there he wont stop his things and i belive now he is *****ing this phone because until today my cell phone is in his possession. and i was told my complaint for the driver will be ascalated. but i am not happy with this at all. my work number is ********** 733 where you can get me. and the number that I have called him on his name is anele is ********** 241. he has left me stranded and with no means of communication. I have a sick son in king Williams town and I can only get a hold of him when am at work now because I have no means of communication
