Uber driver *****

Good day,

I got into an uber (DL68GLGP) on Saturday morning around 06:00 to go home. When I got in, I put my phone in my pocket, as a habit, not to leave it behind. I fell asleep and woke up when the driver (David), woke me up to get out.

I thanked him, got out and went into my house. I did not bother to check for my phone, because it should still be in my pocket where I put it.

The when I woke up later that day at around 13:00, I realized that my phone is missing. I mediately logged on to the Uber account on that phone and say that the driver still hasn't ended the trip, and that he is driving up and down on my still existing trip. I followed the steps to contact the driver and ask for my phone back. He ignored all my calls. I tried calling my phone's number, but it went straight to voicemail.

I track the location of my phone to Moderspruit, where the driver passed when my phone got switched off. I changed the trip's end location to my address where I would've payed him for the whole trip. He drove past the area and ended the trip in Acadia.

Please help me. I need that phone dor work purposes and it is still on contract.
