Uber driver Theft

I've booked a trip on 24th September and driver never arrived, however trip was started. Uber Safety department made contact with me on that morning of 24th as they picked up car not movobg and standing on one place.R99 later and keep on writing to Uber regarding this matter. Keep on telling me this matter has been resolved. I was forced to pay money for a trip I didn't take. Very unhappy as they know we make use of there services and are forced to pay the money
