Uber driver taking advantage of pensioners

My retired parents used Uber for the first time whilst on holiday. They paid cash for their trip, however the Uber driver also logged to additional trips on their name that were deducted from their linked credit card. Tried to sort this out with the call centre who fails to understand that I am phoning on behalf of my parents and could not verify their credit card details. My parents are too old to know how to sort this out. So sad how your drivers take advantage of the elderly!
