Uber driver stole my phone — urgent action required

I am lodging a serious complaint regarding an Uber driver in a white Suzuki Swift who stole my phone. The driver initially admitted having my device, but later changed his story on the app and disappeared.

I have discovered that this driver has over 300 negative reviews on Truecaller linked to the same Uber number, indicating a pattern of dishonest behavior. Despite this, Uber continues to allow him to drive.

Further, Uber blocked me from calling his number, leaving me with no way to contact him, trace the car, or recover my property. Their responses so far have been slow, inadequate, and lacking urgency.

This is theft, plain and simple, and Uber’s lack of accountability puts customers at risk. I demand:
