Uber Driver Stole my phone!

Horrified about the customer service i received from Uber support centre , they wer not willing to listen to me or hear me out , i had forgotten my phone in the drivers car on realizing this i quickly called my phone only to realize it was turned off (by the drive)as he was the only one in the car besides me. I was told i would be contacted back but to no avail i therefore called them only to be told that the driver just said they was nothing in the car. i requested to get the driver information so as to open a police case again to no avail and they were not willing to assist me as the client.It is shocking as they have all the details of the trips and info but clearly UBER does not care about thier clients and only cares about making their money which makes one wonder what the safty measures are in place
