Uber driver stole my parcel

On the 25/11/2021 the uber driver stole my package I tried to report him via Uber App but they told me to give him 24hrs for him to contact me. After 24hrs they said he will contact me anytime soon they have told him to do so but till now I still haven’t received any call from the driver. The name of the driver is Bheka he drives ND123827 white Toyota Atios please be watch out.
