Uber driver stole my parcel

I am a seamstress who make special occasions dresses. These are dresses for weddings and birthdays and people's major life events. I made a dress this past weekend that cost R4 500. Monday 13 February I sent it with Uber connect. The driver did not deliver my parcel. I have been trying to have Uber assist me to get hold of him they are not helping. This dress was for a little girl's birthday, I don't know if uber cares. It doesn't look like it
