Uber Driver stole money from me, charged for a trip i didn't take

<p>on the 30th of Jan, that was 2 days ago today, i booked an uber from Centurion mall to Checkers by Jean avenue that is about 2km or less away. The driver by the name of Phillimon picked me up. I normarlly get charged around R30 to R40 for trip from the mall. On our way, The Uber driver's GPS started acting up, like usual i directed him. he then dropped me off at my destination. Usually a minute after drop off i receive an sms from my bank with the uber debit, but this time i didnt and i just thought it was a delay. Yesterday the 31st Jan i saw a debit of R145 for trip i took yesterday and i apparently requested to be picked up at Gordon hood rd, i dont even know where that is in centurion. The Map on my trip history for that particular trip shows where i was dropped off and the car moving without ending the trip. Please i need my money back. I send tweets to @Uber_RSA i didnt get any help. I also used the "help" Option on the uber app with fail.</p>
