Uber Driver *****s Money

My first trip, the driver drove the wrong way and declined my calls when I wanted to cancel and then I ended up getting a cancelation fee. This is very very poor service.The second driver stopped at Caltex and this increased the fair of the trip by a R100. Based on the times we are living in, this is not acceptable as it's considered *****ing when he knows very well that this will increase the fair - I really cannot afford these expenses and would like to be reimbursed for their purposefully influenced wrongs.
